"Max. Templates" means the maximum number of form templates can be registered
in InfoJet Service.

"Distribution" is No, it means you cannot redistribute InfoJet Service in any
case.
Any version of InfoJet Service cannot be redistributed by the third party
including your clients.

"Support & Update" is free in the 1st year, 50% per next year, then after
the first year, the support & update fee is 50% of the current price of
your license per year.

Your license can be upgraded to a higher license(NOT including the free support
& update in the first year) automatically, while the following two
conditions are met BOTH:
1. Your total payment reaches the current price of the higher license or more.
2. One year's support & update fee of the higher license is paid.
For example, according to the current prices, at the beginning of the second
year after you purchased the Integrating 50t license, if you pay 1,250$, your
license can be upgraded to the Integrating 1st license.

You may not distribute InfoJet Service unless accompanied with your
applications.
Your application and InfoJet Service must be notable different on the function.
InfoPath forms are not applications.
And you cannot distribute InfoJet Service as part of the desktop application.
InfoJet Service must run in the server side.

InfoJet Service or its any modified versions only can run on Microsoft .NET Framework.

The source code of InfoJet Service is not redistributable. If you have the
source code license, you could modify the source code and recompile it, the new
binary version can be distributed with your applications.

You may not do any of the following yourself, or through any third party, and
you may not permit any third party with whom you have a business relationship
to do any of the following:
(A) modify or create derivative works based upon InfoJet Service;
(B) decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer InfoJet Service in whole or in part;
(C) defeat, disable, or circumvent any protection mechanism related to InfoJet Service;
(D) use InfoJet Service or any parts of it to develop a product directly competing with it.

You cannot remove or modify any InfoJetSoft's program markings.

The copyright of InfoJet Service remained with InfoJetSoft.

InfoJet Service is not for the individual person.

All prices above are RRP in US$. Excludes tax (GST/VAT) if applicable.

The free support doesn't include complex new features development, custom
development or specific bug fixing requests.

The support is provided by emails.

We don't provide the support for any third party.

Under one contract with our partner, we stop selling any InfoJet
Service license in greater China region(mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and
Taiwan).

InfoJet EditPart Supports

With InfoJet Service Licenses purchased before 2010:

Starting from 2011, only a freezed version of InfoJet EditPart is available in
free, it contains the update of InfoJet Service's newest build version.

You only can distribute InfoJet EditPart in the restrictions of your InfoJet
Service License. You may not distribute InfoJet EditPart for any third party's
use unless accompanied with your applications, your applications and InfoJet
Service/EditPart must be notable different on the function.

InfoPath forms are not applications.

InfoJet EditPart cannot be used on SharePoint 2010 or later versions.

The payment maybe is required for InfoJet EditPart's new features development,
custom development, bug fixings or other supports, please contact us for your
detailed requests.
